This product is compatible with polyvinyl chloride, vinyl chloride-vinyl acetate copolymer, polyvinyl butyral, cellulose acetate, nitrocel lulose, ethyl cellulose, polymethyl methacrylate, polystyrene and other resins, but not with cellulose acetate and polyvinyl acetate. The plasticising efficiency of this product is the same as that of DChemicalbookOP, but the cold resistance, weather resistance, volatility resistance and stability of plasticised paste viscosity are better than DOP, and the electrical insulation is slightly worse than DOP. Due to the high price, it is not widely used. This product is a non-toxic plasticiser and can be used to make food packaging materials. This product is also used as a solvent and gas chromatography stationary solution.
