Product Application

 

Dioctyl maleate can be used as an intermediate of sodium sodium dicaprylate sulfonate succinate (fast penetrant T). This product can also be used as an internal plasticiser, which can be copolymerised with vinyl chlo ride, vinyl ace tate, styrene and acrylates, and the obtained copolymer has excellent impact resistance, crack resistance, electrical properties and optical properties, and can be used for films, coatings, adhesives, rubber, pigments, chemicalbook fixing agents, petroleum additives, paper treatment agents, etc. The copolymer with vinyl ace tate is a flexible rubbery substance that can be used as a coating. Films made of copolymers with vinyl chlo ride have good low-temperature softeners. However, the proportion of this product in the copolymer should not be too large, generally not more than 10%. When it is too large, the heat resistance and mechanical properties of the copolymer resin will decrease.
