Product Application

 

1. Mainly used as a plasticiser for nitrocel lulose, acetate, polyvinyl chloride, etc.

2. The product is a plasticiser. It has strong solvency against a wide range of resins. It is mainly used for PVC processing, which can endow the product with good flexibility. Due to its relatively low price and good processability, it is widely used in China, almost the same as DOP. However, the volatility and water extraction are large, so the durability of the product is poor, and its use should be gradually restricted. This product has excellent plasticity of nitrocel lulose and strong gelling ability. Used in nitrocel lulose coatings, it has a good softening effect. Stability, flex resistance, adhesion and water repellency. In addition, the product can also be used as a plasticiser for polyvinyl acetate, alkyd resin, ethyl cellulose and neoprene, and can also be used to make paints, adhesives, artificial leather, printing inks, safety glass, celluloid, dyes, pesticides, fragrance solvents, fabric lubricants, etc.

3. Used as gas chromatography stationary liquid, solvent and plasticiser.

4. As a plasticiser for cellulose esters, salted and natural rubber and polystyrene; makes polyvinyl chloride and its copolymers cold-resistant.

5. Organic synthesis, ion-selective electrode additives, solvents, pesticides, plasticisers, gas chromatography stationary solution (the maximum use temperature is 100 °C, the solvent is ace tone, benzene, dichloro me thane, ethanol), selectively retain and separate aromatic compounds, unsaturated compounds, terpene compounds and various oxygenated compounds (alcohols, aldehydes, ketones, esters, etc.).
